James L Kovarik, age 53, of Omaha, Nebraska passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023.
James was born to Leland Kovarik and Alice Kovarik in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, and was brother to Mark Kovarik. James attended school at Gering High School, the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, and Creighton University School of Law. James’s passing is proof that alcohol addiction can be laid to rest, but only after it has destroyed a life in every way imaginable.
James was proceeded in death by his parents Leland Kovarik and Alice (Schmer) Kovarik.
James is survived by his brother Mark (Michelle) Kovarik, and their children R. Graham Kovarik, Madelynne Kovarik and Keaton Kovarik; Uncle, Jim Schmer; Aunt, Dolores Dyer; Cousins, Jeff Dyer, Nicole Dyer, Natalie Merwin, Michael Schmer Elizabeth Schmer, and Step-Mother, Darlene Kovarik.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
