Howard Schledewitz, age 81, of Gering, Nebraska passed away on Monday, August 19, 2024.
At his request, cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Fond memories and condolences may be left at www.dugankramer.com. Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
Howard was born on December 30, 1942 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Pete Schledewitz, Sr and Margaret (Heimbuck) Schledewitz.
He entered the US Navy September 20, 1962 and was honorably discharged September 2, 1966.
Survivors include his numerous nieces and nephews.
Howard was preceded in death by his parents, brother and sister-in-law Pete Schledewitz Jr (Shirley) and sister and brother-in-law Helen (George) Schlager.
