Holly was born on July 10, 1958, to Raymond and Helen (Kath) Hollingsworth in Scottsbluff, NE. From a young age, she was passionate about horses and rodeos. As a high school student, she was an accomplished rider who qualified for the Little Britches National Rodeo, competing in barrel racing and pole bending. She graduated from Scottsbluff High School in 1976 and then moved to Dallas, Texas, where she lived for several years. Later, she relocated to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where she spent many years working  for her brother Rick at his store, Sirk Shirts. She went on to work for the Spence Law Firm,  Teton County Clerk’s office, and TGT marketing.

Holly cherished her time in Jackson and made many dear friends whom she considered family. She was actively involved in her church, serving on the church council and several committees, teaching Sunday school and Bible school, ushering, and assisting in ministry. She was also engaged in organizations such as Jaycees, where she met Brad Luense. They married in 1996, and they’re union was blessed with a wonderful son, Noah, whom they adopted from Russia in 2002. Noah was the bright star in Holly’s life. She loved being a hockey mom and never hesitated to travel with him and his friends, whether it was to Denver, Montana, Idaho, or across Wyoming. In 2019, Holly moved back to Scottsbluff, NE, and married Greg Walker, a wonderful match. Holly lived, loved, and laughed fiercely. She was selfless and loved with abandon, putting her whole heart into everything she did. Holly lived life with faith, to the fullest, and without fear, guided by her strong and great belief in the Lord and His word.

Holly is survived by her husband, Greg Walker; her son, Noah Luense; her brothers Rick Hollingsworth and Jack (Esther) Hollingsworth; her sister Rita (Mike) Uhlken; and her nephews and nieces Dylan (Sarah) Hollingsworth, Shane (Susan) Hollingsworth, Dustin (Siobhan) Hollingsworth, Blake (Audri) Uhlken, Amber (Jason) Zitterkopf, Chauncey Walker, Ryan Walker, along with several great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Helen Hollingsworth; her grandparents, Adolf and Esther Kath; and her cousins Brad and Garrett Kath
