Harold O. Clapp, 93, of Scottsbluff, Nebraska died Saturday, January 7th, 2023 at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, NE.
Funeral Services will be Friday, January 13, 2022 at 1:00 pm in the Draucker Funeral Home Chapel in Ogallala,NE with the Rev. Blake Wilkes of the Arthur Baptist Church officiating.
Interment will be in the Ogallala Cemetery.
