Harley Buford Carter, 84, of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, passed away on December 28, 2023. His memorial service will be 11 AM Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Monument Bible Church in Scottsbluff with Pastor Jeff Banks officiating. Interment will be 2 PM Friday, March 1, 2024 at the Nebraska Veteran’s Cemetery in Alliance, NE. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to the Harrisburg, Nebraska (Banner County) Volunteer Fire Department in memory of Buford Carter.
