Elsie Foos, 90, of Scottsbluff passed away Saturday June 22, 2023, at Heritage Care Center in Gering. Cremation has taken place at Bridgman Funeral Home and Crematory with burial at Fairview Cemetery in Scottsbluff. Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
Elsie was born November 22, 1932, in Scottsbluff. Elsie married Jacob Foos on June 3, 1956. To this union 2 sons were born, David and Rodney.
Elsie loved her family and enjoyed hosting family events. She ran the family business for over 50 years, until health issues prevented her from continuing.
She is survived by sons David (Dorene) Foos of Tyler Texas and Rodney Foos of Chandler Arizona. Grandson Brandon (Marcy) Foos and two great grandchildren, Karsyn and Bentley Foos of Windsor Colorado, brother Roger (Bobbi) Sell of Columbus Ohio, and numerous extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jacob Foos, parents Marvin and Lydia Sell, brothers Marvin Sell, Lawrence Sell, Jr., Betty Loose, and Ruth Weinmaster.
