Elizabeth Marie Vance, 90, of Mitchell, passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023, at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff. Cremation has taken place per her wishes and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Bridgman Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Scottsbluff is entrusted with arrangements.
