David William Reid Jr., 42 of Morrill, NE passed away unexpectedly on April 25th, 2023. David was born on January 14th, 1981, to Koleen and David Reid Sr. in Glendora, California. A memorial service will be held on May 20th, 2023, at the Morrill Elementary School Gymnasium at 11:00am with a memorial lunch to follow at the Gering Civic Center at 1:00pm. David graduated from Northview High School in California. Throughout his life he held various jobs and had many hobbies. David enjoyed serving his community by being a member of the Morrill Volunteer Fire Department. He is greatly missed by all those who knew him.
Survivors include his wife Jessica, sons Jaydon and Christopher, daughter Brittney, stepmother Mary, four sisters and two brothers, niece Chelsea, plus numerous nieces and nephews.
David is preceded in death by his father David Reid Sr., mother Koleen Reid, brothers Jacob Hoyo and Christopher Donnelson.
