Casey was born September 29, 1984, in Scottsbluff to Bill and Peggy (Cearns) Sinner. He attended Job Corps in Pine Ridge, South Dakota where he achieved his GED and certification as a welder.

He met the love of his life, Kate, in 2002. They welcomed their daughter, Jasmyn, in 2003 and united in marriage on July 23, 2016. Casey was a proud family-man and father to his children and stepchildren: Jasmyn, Eli, Will, and Adrin.

Casey worked on the maintenance division of Dinklage Feedlots in Torrington, Wyoming for six years before deciding to take a different path. He purchased his own business, CJ’s Processing, in 2022. Casey enjoyed his choice of work and the opportunity to smoke various kinds of meats on his smoker.

The open water was where he found his peace and relaxation. Casey liked jet-skiing and any other water-related activities at Lake Minatare. He was an expert at building bonfires on the shoreline where he would kick-back and soak up precious time with family and friends.

He was full of life and generous. Casey wore his heart on his sleeve and made friends with everyone he met. He was selfless with his time and a natural-born teacher. It wasn’t unheard of for him to give his actual clothing and possessions to someone in need.  He strived to be positive, to lift others up, and help them to overcome obstacles in their own lives. Casey loved his family, his dogs and cats, a wanted to be every kid’s Uncle Casey. He was a Juggalo for life believing in loyalty and unity.
