Platte Valley Bank Beef Cook-Off Registration Deadline

The Platte Valley Bank Beef Cook-Off will be held on Saturday, June 1st at the Prairie Winds Community Center in Bridgeport. Judging and people’s choice tasting will start at 5p.m.

The deadline to register is Saturday, May 25th. Send completed entry forms with fees to Lewis Coulter at P.O. Box 757, Bridgeport, NE 69336.

Categories will include Beef Brisket with a $75 entry fee, Surprise Beef with a $60 entry fee, Open Bean with a $25 entry fee and Appetizers with a $25 entry fee.

Prize money will be paid for the first 3 places in each category.
