Autumn in Alliance Scarecrow Contest
Families, schools, businesses, organizations and individuals are invited to enter.
Prizes will be awarded for the scariest, funniest and most creative scarecrow.
Kits are available by request at the Carnegie Arts Center.
Scarecrows must be received by September 25th.
