The Western Nebraska Community College baseball and softball teams have moved their home games this weekend with Dawson Community College up a day to take advantage of the warm weather and avoid the colder weather that is forecasted for Sunday.
The Cougar softball team will have their home openers on Friday and Saturday at Volunteer Field beginning at 12 noon both days. WNCC and Dawson will play a doubleheader both days.
The Cougar baseball team will have a 12 p.m. first pitch on Friday for the doubleheader and then the Cougars and Bucs will have an 11 a.m. first pitch for Saturday’s doubleheader. at Cleveland Field.
