Program Director/Morning Show Host

The Nebraska Rural Radio Association is seeking to hire a full-time program director and morning show host in our Scottsbluff, Nebraska market. 

This is an excellent and rare opportunity for a motivated broadcast professional to lead the strategic vision and execution of the programming of our Country, Classic Rock, Hot AC, and Classic Country music and news/talk formats, as well as host an established morning show.

The ideal candidate must possess an extremely good work ethic, with the ability to manage highly motivated professionals. Be a highly organized self-starter, a creative thinker, and a positive motivator.

To be considered, candidates must have a compelling on-air presence and personality, be familiar with all social media platforms and using them; be enthusiastic to be a part of community appearances and promotions, and be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and react in a calm and decisive way in breaking news and weather situations.

On Air Position

The Nebraska Rural Radio Association is seeking to hire full-time on-air talent in our Scottsbluff, Nebraska market. 

This is an excellent and rare opportunity for individuals with personality and passion to fill a full-time On-Air positions.  If you are an experienced, energetic broadcaster who can create compelling content and deliver it in an entertaining manner and is enthusiastic to be a part of community appearances, promotions, and general station events, send us your information.

To be considered, candidates must possess previous on-air broadcast experience. They must be able to perform live and recorded broadcasts that are quick paced, engaging and informative, as well as conduct promotions that support the brand and grow the listening audience.
