Suspect in Rebecca Winters Apartment Fatal Shooting to Stand Trial Next Week

A Terrytown man arrested following a fatal November shooting at the Rebecca Winters Apartments is set to stand trial on two felony charges next week.

20-year-old Anibal Domingo Jr. is charged with two, Class 2A Felony charges of Accessory to a Felony, with a jury trial slated for April 11th. Those are lesser, amended counts after he was initially booked on charges of second degree murder and use of a firearm to commit a felony.

Domingo is the only person charged in the November 18th shooting death of 22-year-old Wilson Coleman III.

In addition to this case, Domingo is also facing charges in three separate cases in Scotts Bluff County District Court including: Distribution of an Exceptionally Hazardous Drug; Robbery; and First Degree Assault .
