Folks in Scottsbluff looking for a new breakfast spot will have a new option starting later this week.
Backaracks is now offering breakfast and will be officially open to the public this Friday, March 1st starting at 6 a.m.
Owner Tammy Cooley and her crew had a soft opening earlier this week, and says with Shari’s closing down last July, she’s super excited to fill the need for breakfast for her customers.
Backaracks will be have a separate menu for breakfast, which will be served until 11, and then their regular menu will be used for lunch and dinner offerings.
