An Alliance man who pleaded no contest to charges following a WING Drug Task Force investigation is once again a wanted man.
In 2020, a CI working for WING purchased meth during a controlled buy from 25-year-old Moses Dawn.
Earlier this summer, he pleaded no contest to a charge of Attempted Distribution of an Exceptionally Hazardous Drug and was slated to be back in court on Thursday for Sentencing with District Judge Leo Dobrovolny.
Dawn failed to appear, and a bench warrant for his arrest was issued.
