BROKEN BOW – Tim Rosentrater of Callaway pleaded not guilty Thursday to more than a dozen sexual assault charges in Custer County District Court.
Rosentrater has been accused of assaulting multiple women dating back to 2001, some of whom were 15 or younger at the time.
In all, Rosentrater entered not guilty pleas to four counts of First Degree Sexual Assault, one count each of Second and Third Degree Sexual Assault and eight counts of Sexual Assault of a Child.
A trial has been scheduled for October 15 with a pretrial hearing on September 19.
