BROKEN BOW – KBEAR 92.3 is partnering with the rest of the Custer County media to host a candidate forum Wednesday at the Broken Bow Municipal Building.

The forum will provide voters a chance to hear directly from the candidates with questions from the media as well as some submitted by the public.

The forum will begin with candidates for the Custer County Board of Supervisors, where there are six candidates vying for two seats.

In District 2, incumbent Tammy Kleeb is being challenged by Corey Clay. District 4 will have no incumbent in the race between Mo Hunsberger, Jan Dobesh, James Markham and Ray Hunt.

The supervisor candidates will be followed by the two candidates for the Nebraska Legislature in District 43, Tanya Storer and Tony Tangwall.

The forum will begin at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Municipal Auditorium and will also be streamed on the KBEAR Facebook page. The primary election will be on May 14.
