Custer County Foundation grant deadline approaching

BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Foundation would like to remind area nonprofits that the deadline to apply for the fall grant cycle is October 31.

The Custer County Foundation aims to improve the quality of life in the county by supporting the needs of the communities. Any nonprofit organization that falls under the guidelines of the Foundation’s grant policy can apply for a grant from the Foundation. Funds are usually granted in civic, culture, health, education, environment, and social services.

Last year, the Foundation awarded grants to 32 Custer County nonprofit organizations.

Grant applications are accepted throughout the year and will be considered at the end of two closing dates. The next deadline will be April 30, 2025.

Applications may be downloaded from the Custer County Foundation website. Or stop by the Foundation office located at 403 South 9th Avenue in Broken Bow. Please review all guidelines and requirements and be sure to submit a complete application. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Applications may be dropped off at the Foundation office during regular office hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or sent via mail. Applications need to be postmarked by October 31.
