BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Ag Society will have its monthly meeting for May on Thursday.
The agenda will primarily be focused on insurance information for the board.
They will also discuss the contract for this year’s Mid-States Finals Rodeo. At the previous meeting the board discussed potential changes they’d like to make to this year’s contract, particularly with regard to gate passes provided to sponsors for free admission.
The board will also hear from Custer Economic Development Corporation as well as legislative candidate Tanya Storer, who has been appearing at various local and county board meetings in recent weeks to introduce herself and answer questions.
The Custer County Ag Society meeting is open to the public and will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday in the shooting sports building on the west side of the fairgrounds.
