BROKEN BOW – Arrow Seed Company is now under new ownership.
Jim Girardin said the deal was closed last week to sell the business to a group of seed companies called the Native Seed Group.
Arrow Seed has been operated by the Girardin family since it was established in Broken Bow in 1946. Girardin said the move will help the company continue to grow in the future.
The Girardins said despite the ownership change they will still be involved with the business and all employees will keep their jobs. They emphasized that Arrow Seed customers shouldn’t notice any difference in their service.
