Cross Country district competitions were held across the state Thursday as area runners qualified for the state meet.
Highlights for area schools included both the Gothenburg boys and girls winning their districts, Lexington qualifying its full boys team, Mullen will send its full girls team and Rilyn Schledewitz of Sumner-Eddyville-Miller was an individual district champion.
Below is a list of state qualifiers from area schools. The state cross country meet will be Friday, Oct. 25 in Kearney.
