A portion of Highway 275 in Cuming County was closed for two hours Wednesday night after a collision involving two semis.
According to the Nebraska State Patrol, the accident happened at approximately 6:00 p.m. northwest of Wisner.
The Patrol said that a semi drove onto the shoulder of the highway, hitting a guardrail before overcorrecting and colliding with a second semi. The second semi was traveling in the opposite direction.
Authorities say that both semis came to a stop on Highway 275, blocking both lanes of traffic.
First responders and emergency personnel directed traffic onto county roads while the accident scene was cleaned.
