BROKEN BOW – Firefighters were called to a Broken Bow gas station shortly after 4 p.m. Monday when the front of a car became engulfed in flames.

The vehicle was at Trotter’s West when the incident happened. The car was parked on the west side of the convenience store away from the gas pumps and crews were able to extinguish the flames before they could spread to the building or any other vehicles.

It was unclear what caused the fire, but it was thought to have involved an electrical issue.

No one was hurt in the incident.
