Miss Rodeo Nebraska 2023 Rebel Sjeklocha is getting ready for her coronation celebration and fundraiser this Saturday, Jan. 7 in North Platte.
The Hayes Center, Nebraska, native is a recent graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and officially became MRN 2023 on Jan. 1.
Sjeklocha said the coronation celebration is the unofficial kickoff of her reign.
“It’s an exciting time to celebrate the year ahead, but it’s also the primary fundraiser for my year as Miss Rodeo Nebraska.”
All are invited to purchase tickets for the event, and all funds raised go toward her travel and other expenses incurred throughout the year, she said.
The coronation, held at the D&N Event Center in North Platte, will be complete with a social hour, live and silent auctions, meal, live band and vehicle and chap reveal.
