The NSAA State Golf meets wrapped up on Tuesday. In Class C at North Platte Minden’s Kara Suchsland was the state champ with a two day total of 154. That was two shots better than teammate KaLynn Jorgensen who shot a 156. Wayne nipped Minden by one stroke for the state title. Holdrege finished 6th and was led by Amelia Ptacnik who tied Broken Bow’s Molly Custer for 9th.
In Class A, Kearney finished in 5th place. The Bearcats were led by Olivia James who tied for 5th place. Omaha Marian won the title, while Eden Larsen of Lincoln Southwest was the state champion. In Class B Omaha Duchesne was the state champion. Whitney Dahir led them as she finished as the state champion.
