2021 Nebraska State Corn Husking Competition and Fall Festival
Join us for a day packed full of hand corn husking competition, horse draw wagons, 4-horse corn picker demonstration, numerous living history demonstrations of all types, hands-on fun for the kids, and lots of great food!
Anyone wanting to compete in the Hand Corn Husking competition is welcome to come give it a try!

9am – Opening Ceremonies
9:15am – Contest Begins!
10am – 4pm Living History Demonstrations and Food Vendors.

Some of the Living History Demonstrators include:
goats, chickens, 2-man saw, blacksmith, pottery, quilting, weaving, mountain men, and knitting to name just a few. Food trucks will also be on-site to satisfy hungry patrons.

Parking at the Museum is limited, but don’t worry, a free shuttle will run regularly between the Museum and the Tassel Parking lot located one-half mile east of the Holdrege Country Club on 18th Avenue
