Holdrege YMCA Wellness Week

HOLDREGE YMCA RECONNECT  WITH HEALTH Sept. 12-18

• The Don Sjogren Community YMCA is hosting Wellness Week all next week. There will be free entry to the Y all week and no joining fees for new members.
• Sunday is Grandparents Day with a photo booth and Aqua Obstacle Course.
• Monday: Salsa contest 5-6 pm. Bring your homemade salsa.
• Tuesday: Trampoline Tuesday with demos of new trampoline class.
• Wednesday:  Free Crossfit Classes at 5 am, Noon and 5:30 pm;  Free craft class 8:30 to 11:30 am.
• Thursday:  Parfaits (par-fayz) & Pickleball, 9-11 am and 6-8 pm
• Friday:  Walk Out on Work:  Walk at North Park 11:30 am-1 pm; free sack lunch for everyone registered by Tuesday, Sept. 14th
• Saturday:  Group Exercise Sample Saturday
