• 1 p.m. – 4-H Rocket interviews & Launch
• 1 p.m. – 4-H Favorite Food Show @ Civic Center
• 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. – Entry for 4-H Ag Related projects @ Civic Center
• 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. – 4-H Clover Kid Project & Interview @ Civic Center

Wednesday July 24

• 10 a.m. – Lions Club Golf Tournament Call Alan Hooper 308-325-4530
• 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. – 4-H Beef Weigh In
• 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. – 4-H Sheep/Goat Weigh In
• 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. – 4-H Rabbit & Poultry Entry
• 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. – 4-H Hog Weigh In
• 7 p.m. – LIVESTOCK JUDGING CONTEST

Thursday July 25

• 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Legion/Aux. Food Stand Opens
• 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Open Class and Floral Entries due @ Civic Center

(Judging begins at 11:30 a.m.)

• 9 a.m. – 4-H Hog Show @ Ag Barn
• 11 a.m. – 4-H Sheep Show followed by 4-H Goat Show @ Ag Barn
• 3 p.m. – 4-H Companion Anilan & Poultry Show @ Ag Barn

(Cat, Rabbit, Pet & Poultry)

• 7 p.m. – Kevin Horner, Ventriloquist @ Civic Center
• 7 p.m. – Elwood Rodeo – Crowning of the Elwood Rodeo Queen
• 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Elwood Lion’s Club Carnival Opens FOOD, RIDES & GAMES

Friday July 26

• 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. — Legion / Aux Food Booth Opens
• 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. — Civic Center opens for Viewing 4-H & Open Class Entries
• 9 a.m. – 4-H Clover kids, Bucket Calf & 2^nd Year Bucket Calf Show

(4-H Beef show to follow immediately after)

• 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. – Elwood Lion’s Club Carnival Opens FOOD, RIDES & GAMES
• 7 p.m. – Elwood Rodeo

Saturday July 27

8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Legion / Aux Food Booth Opens

8 a.m. to Noon – Civic Center opens for Viewing of 4-H, FFA, and Open Class Entries

****All Entries should be picked up by NOON***                                                                            

NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRIES NOT PICKED UP BY NOON.

Open Class will receive their money upon pick up of entries.

(Open Class money will be forfeited if not picked up by noon.)

• 3:30 p.m.– Kids Tractor Pull
• 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.– BBQ in Civic Center Parking Lot
• 6 p.m. — Presentation of the 2024 Heritage Award and the 2024 Pioneer Award
• 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. – Elwood Lion’s Club Carnival Opens FOOD, RIDES, & GAMES

Sunday July 28

• 10:30 a.m. Community Church Service in the Park
