Downtown Scottsbluff will have a new restaurant opening its doors later this year.
During Monday night’s City Council Meeting, a positive recommendation was made for the Powerhouse Social to get a liquor license.
Kerri Schaff gave the council an update on the project at the old Powerhouse Building on Broadway.
She says the first floor will be the restaurant, which will feature indoor and outdoor dining options. Shaff says the second floor will be office space, and the third floor will have six, longterm stay apartments,
She says the building’s fourth floor will feature a penthouse suite.
The goal is to have the first floor restaurant open sometime this fall.
