A prison sentence of up to 20 years for a Gering man who pleaded no contest to drug charges following an investigation by the WING Drug Task Force.
Last week in District Court, Santos Gutierrez pleaded no contest to an amended charge of Attempted Distribution of Methamphetamine. Court records show the 39-year-old sold meth to a CI working for WING in the summer of 2021.
He’ll learn how long his sentence will be when he’s back in court on November 10th before District Judge Leo Dobrovolny.
