The Connecticut Huskies are a college basketball juggernaut.
On Monday night in Glendale, Arizona it was UConn winning their second straight National Title as they dominated Purdue in the second half and pulled away for a 75-60 win. The Huskies the first program to go back to back since Florida won the 2006 and 2007 titles.
The Huskies are now 6-0 all-time in title games and they’ve now equaled the amount of titles won by Kansas and they’re just one behind schools like Kentucky and UCLA.
Dan Hurley said after the game he plans to stay at UConn and chase a modern day dynasty.
Are the Hurley’s the first family of basketball? They could stake a claim, no doubt…

There’s a great book out there on Bob Hurley Sr written by Adrian Wojnarowski titled “Miracle of St. Anthony”, which details his time at the now defunct school in Jersey City.
