The Sidney Police Department is currently investigating an early Friday morning home invasion incident that occurred in the 1100 block of 22nd Avenue.
Upon arrival, the homeowner informed police that they had heard someone attempting to enter through a window and then heard multiple male voices inside their residence.
Officers conducted a thorough search of the home and found no signs of forced entry or missing items.
Officers will be canvassing the neighborhood today to gather any available surveillance footage or doorbell camera recordings.
As a precautionary measure, all community members are encouraged to ensure their doors are locked and their property is secure.
