A Scottsbluff hotel that was once a premier destination has seemingly shut its doors for good.
The Scottsbluff Inn, located north of the corner of Highway 26 and 21st Avenue, has been literally boarded up at its entrance and all lower level windows.
The change occurred last week, and is now listed as permanently closed online.
In its heyday, the Scottsbluff Inn was a go to spot for fancy brunches and special occasions. Over the years it changed ownership and names, including a Motel 6, Days Inn, and most recently an America’s Best Value Inn before reverting to the Scottsbluff Inn name.
