Chadron girls win by 93 strokes in Bayard

BAYARD- The Chadron girls golf team ran away from the competition at Chimney Rock Golf Course Thursday, winning the meet by finishing 93 strokes ahead of the field.

Chadron had four golfers finish in the top ten to help guide them to their runaway finish. Eliana Uhing finished second with a 99, Reese Ritterbush shot 102 to place fourth and both Taegan Bach and Emmerson Landreth shot 104 to finish tied for fifth. The Cardinals ended with a team score of 409, 93 strokes ahead of second-place Bridgeport’s 502 effort.

Perkins County’s Jacqueline Gloy won the individual title with a round of 95.
