The NFL Draft wrapped up on Saturday in Detroit and the Denver Broncos wound up making seven selections.

The key to finding some footing and trying to compete in the AFC West and the conference as a whole will hinge on quarterback play and the Broncos took Oregon quarterback Bo Nix with their first selection at pick no. 12 in round one.

Nix will have one familiar face in the receiving corps immediately as they took his college teammate, Troy Franklin, in round four.

Denver wound up taking two pairs of college teammates before the draft concluded.
