A jury has found a Scottsbluff woman guilty following a February knife attack that caused the victim to receive 13 stitches.
43-year-old Josefina Gonzales stood trial on Friday on felony charges of Use of a Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony and 2nd Degree Domestic Assault. Court documents say officers made contact with the victim at Regional West, who said Gonzales had swung a pocket knife at him and caused the laceration.
She’ll be back in court on August 23rd before District Judge Leo Dobrovolny for sentencing.
