Winnebago (4-0) hosts Todd County, SD (4-0) Thursday night. The Falcons won 62-30 at home over St. Francis Indian last Thursday. Kickoff is set for 6:00 p.m.
Jeff’s Take on the Contest:
This should be a clash of gigantic proportions between these two teams. It is a rematch of last year’s 9A All Nations League Title Game at the Dakota Dome in Vermillion. You know the Indians will be anxious and chomping at the bit to get back at Todd County. The game being in Winnebago is extra motivation and should give the Indians an extra momentum boost coming into this one. The kids have to have the blood pumping and the juices flowing come Thursday night. This is championship Football at its finest, and it is in Winnebago Thursday night. It should be a great game.
