  8. Administrative Reports
    a. SPED
  • The District’s IDEA and ESEA plans have been completed and submitted.
  • The High Ability Learner report was completed and submitted to NDE.
  • Information for Indicator 11 and 12 in Special Education has been submitted.
  • The Planning Agreement with Vocational Rehabilitation was completed with VR staff. A
    schedule has been developed for students to have meetings or Zoom conversations with the
    Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) representative. Applications are being returned at the family’s
    choice.
  • Early Childhood teachers who need to do so this year, will be completing their Inter-Rater
    Reliability requirements in Teaching Strategies Gold by the end of December 2023.
  • Special Education Final Financials are ready for submission.

  • A Midland planning meeting was hosted at West Point on September 29th.
  • Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department will be here (in the multipurpose room) for
    an immunization clinic on October 19th from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM.

Enrollment Applications.
To set the maximum capacity levels when considering option enrollment students for each
grade level in the elementary, middle, and high schools at 45 students per class.
