a. SPED
- The District’s IDEA and ESEA plans have been completed and submitted.
- The High Ability Learner report was completed and submitted to NDE.
- Information for Indicator 11 and 12 in Special Education has been submitted.
- The Planning Agreement with Vocational Rehabilitation was completed with VR staff. A
schedule has been developed for students to have meetings or Zoom conversations with the
Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) representative. Applications are being returned at the family’s
choice. - Early Childhood teachers who need to do so this year, will be completing their Inter-Rater
Reliability requirements in Teaching Strategies Gold by the end of December 2023. - Special Education Final Financials are ready for submission.

- The facility committee has an initial planning meeting on October 11th at 6:30pm.
- Board members who applied for the state education conference on November 15-17 have
been registered. - A Midland planning meeting was hosted at West Point on September 29th.
- Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department will be here (in the multipurpose room) for
an immunization clinic on October 19th from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM.

To set the maximum capacity levels when considering option enrollment students for each
grade level in the elementary, middle, and high schools at 45 students per class.
