A proposal by Washington County Veteran’s Services Officer Ed Lautrup to test a vehicle sharing program for veterans to get to the Veterans Clinic in Omaha was heard in the Washington County Board of Supervisors meeting Tuesday afternoon. Concern about liability prompted the board to table the proposed test until more research can be done. During committee reports, the finance committee is working on the upcoming year’s budget.
