Jeff’s Pender Triangular Preview:

Stanton (7-6) takes on Wisner-Pilger (3-8) and Pender (3-8) at the Pender Triangular Tuesday night. The Gators fell 3-0 at home to North Bend Central Thursday night while the Pendragons lost 3-0 at Wakefield Thursday night.

Jeff’s Take on the Triangular:

This should be a good competitive Triangular. I think the Mustangs can win it, but they have to play well. I thought Stanton played okay on Saturday, but played really well on Thursday. If the Mustangs can play the way they did on Thursday then they can win this Triangular hands down. Stanton has to understand that they need to bring their best effort though because both Wisner-Pilger and Pender are capable of playing well and beating them if they aren’t on their game. I think a Triangular win would be huge for the Mustangs, and would give them a big confidence and momentum boost going forward.
