Jeff’s Elkhorn Valley Preview:

Stanton (5-0) takes on Elkhorn Valley (3-2) on the road Friday night. The Falcons won 46-32 at Laurel-Concord-Coleridge last week.

Jeff’s Take on the Contest:

Elkhorn Valley’s a really good team, but Stanton is a great team. I look for the Mustangs to flex their muscles in this one and win. Stanton is just too strong for everyone in Class D-1, and are the team to beat in the Class this year. Them, Crofton, and Sandy Creek are up there right at the top again. The Mustangs should finish the regular season undefeated and make another deep playoff run. This Stanton team is loaded with talent, and they’re big, tenacious, physical, and nasty, and they’ll get after you.
