The Pender Volleyball Team lost 3-0 at Wakefield Thursday night.

Jeff’s Match Recap:

The Trojans won set one 25-22, set two 27-25, and set three 25-21.

Jeff’s Pender Triangular Preview:

Pender (3-8) hosts Wisner-Pilger (3-8) and Stanton (7-6) in a Triangular Tuesday night. The Gators fell 3-0 at home to North Bend Central Thursday night while the Mustangs went 1-2 at their own Tournament on Saturday, beating Ponca 2-0, but losing 2-0 to Clarkson/Leigh and Hartington Cedar Catholic.

Jeff’s Take on the Triangular:

This should be a very competitive Triangular. The Mustangs are probably the favorite to win it, but both the Gators and Pendragons are capable of stepping up and playing well and taking it too. It’s really anyone’s to win quite honestly if you ask me. The matches should be very intense with a lot of good Volleyball played between all three teams. It’s must see action in Pender Tuesday night if you ask me as it’s a big opportunity for all three teams involved.
