One man was sent to the hospital and another man was arrested after an altercation ended in a stabbing at the Tyson Foods Plant in Dakota City on Tuesday.
The Dakota County Sheriff’s Office reports that they received a call for a disturbance to the Tyson Foods plant, located at 1131 Dakota Avenue in Dakota City.
When law enforcement officials arrived on the scene, they discovered that two men had gotten into a fight and one of the men stabbed the other.
The man who was stabbed was taken to the hospital. The Sheriff’s Office didn’t disclose the severity of the injuries.
The other man was arrested. The identities of the two men involved have not been release and no charges have been listed.
The investigation remains ongoing.
