The Oakland-Craig Volleyball Team won 3-1 at Omaha Concordia Thursday night before winning 2-0 over O’Neill, Elkhorn Valley, and Boyd County, but losing 2-0 to Battle Creek at the Elkhorn Valley Invite on Saturday.

The Mustangs won set one 25-21 before the Knights took set two 25-22, set three 25-20, and set four 25-21.

Oakland-Craig (18-4) takes on Tekamah-Herman (9-10) and Stanton (9-8) at the Stanton Triangular Tuesday night. The Tigers won 3-0 at Madison Thursday night while the Mustangs lost 2-0 to Summerland and 2-1 to Humphrey-Lindsay at the Humphrey-Lindsay Triangular Thursday night.
Jeff’s Take on the Matches:
Oakland-Craig should sweep this Triangular. There’s no reason to think that the Knights can’t and won’t do so. Stanton could be tough, but O-C should prevail in the end. Both opponents have had time to rest and prepare for the Knights though so Oakland-Craig has to be ready to go. The Knights have to be tough and overcome any fatigue or soreness or weakness they might be experiencing due to playing a lot of matches recently.
