Jeff’s Game Recap:

NC led 13-7 after the 1st quarter and outscored O-C 14-6 in the 2nd quarter to take a 27-13 lead into the locker room. Norfolk Catholic outscored Oakland-Craig 21-8 in the 4th quarter. Jeremiah Druckenmiller had 109 yards receiving on 5 carries, including a score. Sylas Nelson had 11 carries for 53 yards on the ground.

Jeff’s Cedar Catholic Preview:

Oakland-Craig (5-2) hosts Hartington Cedar Catholic (6-1) Friday night. The Trojans won 49-14 at Ponca last week.

Jeff’s Take on the Game:

This should be a great game and an all out slugfest. It should be a great and fantastic game between the two squads. The Knights have beaten Cedar Catholic at home in big games before, and it wouldn’t surprise or shock me if O-C did that again come Friday night. This is one Oakland-Craig really needs to get with two losses to top teams in the District already. I think the Knights get this one too, but it’s hard saying what is going to happen for sure.
