Jeff’s Wisner-Pilger Preview:

North Bend Central (7-5) takes on Wisner-Pilger (3-7) on the road Thursday night. The Gators fell 3-2 at Elkhorn Valley Tuesday night. Wisner-Pilger has lost their last 7 matches, including a 2-0 decision to the Tigers at the Northeast Nebraska Jean Groth Classic in Wisner last Saturday.

Jeff’s Take on the Contest:

This is an interesting match for me. The Gators are in a weird spot having lost 7 in a row. It’s not something that Wisner-Pilger is used to to say the least. The Tigers will look to and should add to the Gators’ woes, but the last thing North Bend Central wants to do is wake a sleeping giant. So the Tigers have to avoid doing anything that’s going to allow Wisner-Pilger to erupt and break out of their slump. North Bend Central beat the Gators once on their home floor this season, and they can do it again.
