The Cougars led 16-9 after one and won the 2nd quarter 13-11 to take a 29-20 lead into the locker room. Cross County doubled up North Bend Central 6-3 in the 3rd quarter to extend their lead to 35-23 at the end of three. The Tigers won the 4th quarter 30-26. Kyler Hellbusch led the way with 28 points while Braxton Chvatal added 9. Sam Post notched 7.

End of Season Synopsis:

North Bend Central ends their year at 17-7. I thought it was a pretty special year for the Tigers. North Bend Central won the East Husker Conference Tournament. That is pretty darn cool. The Tigers say goodbye to Post, Hellbusch, and Jake Wright. Key returners include Chvatal, Koda Baehr, Ethan Kluck, Cash Hanis, and Layne Ruzicka. North Bend Central has some solid, key pieces coming back next year and should be a force to be reckoned with once again next season.
