The Lyons-Decatur Northeast Volleyball Team went 1-1 at Thursday night’s Winnebago Triangular, defeating the host Indians 2-0, but losing 2-0 to Tri County Northeast.

Lyons-Decatur Northeast (5-11) takes on Madison (4-10) and Wisner-Pilger (7-11) at the Wisner-Pilger Double Triangular Tuesday night. The Dragons lost 2-0 to Archangels Catholic and Summerland, but won 2-0 over CWC at the Wayne Invite on Saturday. The Gators won the Wayne Invite, defeating the host Blue Devils 2-1, and Summerland and CWC 2-0.
Jeff’s Take on the Matches:
I think LDNE has a chance to do and compete very well in this Triangular. I feel like the Cougars will play both teams tough, and beat the Dragons and challenge and push Wisner-Pilger. I think Lyons-Decatur Northeast has a chance to be very competitive Tuesday night. I feel like the Cougars will play hard and represent themselves well in both matches.
