Jeff’s Lyons-Decatur Northeast Double Triangular Preview:
Lyons-Decatur Northeast (1-1) hosts West Point-Beemer (2-3) and Clarkson/Leigh (7-0) in their home Double Triangular Tuesday night. The Cadets fell 2-0 to Fremont Bergan, but beat Tekamah-Herman 2-0 at the Northeast Nebraska Jean Groth Classic in Pender Thursday night while the Patriots won 2-1 over Stanton and 2-0 over Madison at the Madison Triangular Thursday night.
Jeff’s Thoughts on the Contests:
These are going to be two very challenging matches for the Cougars. Lyons-Decatur Northeast definitely has their work cut out for them. I think the Cougars can play well and challenge and push both teams though. It will be interesting to see what happens that’s for sure. Lyons-Decatur Northeast has to play the way they did against Tekamah-Herman, and if they do that they’re capable of anything.
